President and Principal Consultant

James Brino founded JBA in March 2020. James graduated from the University of Hartford with a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and Acoustics. He is currently pursing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Hartford, completion scheduled for May 2022. James currently holds the following certifications:

• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) in the State of Connecticut

  • On track to sit for Professional Engineer (PE) License Exam Summer 2024

• Certified SolidWorks Associate in Mechanical Design

• Six Sigma Green Belt Certified

In his free time he enjoys to volunteer for local organizations including FIRST Robotics, his Alma Mater and other local organizations.

Vice President of Operations

Cassie Gaudio joined the JBA team in October of 2020 in a part time capacity assisting with finance, operations and marketing. Cassie graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a degree in Pharmaceutical Science and Business Administration, and brings her business and analytical thinking skills to JBA in her role.

In her free time she enjoys foodblogging (@eatwithcmg), visting wineries around Connecticut and spending time with her friends.
